Privacy

Vohtrah is a private business operating system. We process the data you and your team enter so we can run the workflows you configure (CRM records, leads, communications, files, automations, reports).

What we collect

• Account data: name, work email, hashed password, optional Google profile when SSO is used.
• Workspace content: contacts, companies, leads, deals, documents, communications, files, and the metadata your team creates.
• Operational telemetry: error reports, request logs, audit events for security review.

What we do not do

• No third-party advertising trackers.
• No selling or sharing of your workspace content.
• No training of public AI models on your workspace content without explicit opt-in.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies that are strictly necessary: a signed session cookie that holds your authenticated bearer token (httpOnly, secure in production), and a small theme preference cookie. No analytics or advertising cookies are set.

Your rights

You can request a full export of your workspace data, or deletion of your account, by contacting your workspace administrator or our support address.

Security

Data in transit is encrypted with TLS. Data at rest is encrypted by the underlying database and object-store providers. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised operators and is logged.
